Copying, reuse, or imitation without prior written consent is prohibited.

When an advertiser publishes a listing (photos, text, video) on the Platform, they:

• Represent that they exclusively own this content or hold sufficient lawful permission to publish it.
• Grant Aqaraa a non-exclusive license to display this content within the Platform and its affiliated marketing channels for the purpose of operating the service, without transferring ownership of the content.
• Bear sole and full legal responsibility for any third-party intellectual property infringement arising from content they publish.

If any party believes content published on the Platform (image, text, design) infringes their intellectual property rights, they may submit a report via the "Complaints" page in the app, including:

• A description of the infringing content and its link.
• Evidence establishing the reporting party's ownership of the protected right.
• The reporting party's contact information.

Aqaraa commits to reviewing the report and taking appropriate action (including temporary content removal) within the timeframe stated in our complaint-handling policy.

The name "Aqaraa" and its logo are trademarks owned by the Company. They may not be used in any marketing materials or other applications without prior written consent.

Users may browse the Platform and use its content for personal, non-commercial use only. Automated data extraction (scraping) or republishing Platform data on other platforms without permission is prohibited.
