• Users must be 18 years of age or older.
• Real estate advertisers must hold the required statutory licenses to practice real estate activity (Fal License) under REGA regulations.
• Advertisers' identities are verified electronically via the Unified National Access ("Nafath") before their advertiser account is activated, in compliance with REGA requirements.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information upon registration.
• Not publish listings that violate applicable laws or contain misleading property information (area, price, legal status, deed).
• Not use the Platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Comply with REGA's real estate advertising regulations.
• Not impersonate a property owner or licensed broker without lawful authorization.

Aqaraa acts as a technical intermediary displaying listings as submitted by advertisers, and is not a party to any real estate transaction between users and advertisers. The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy of listing data entered by users, but commits to taking appropriate action upon substantiated complaints regarding non-compliant listings, including listing removal or account suspension.

Any user may submit a complaint regarding a listing or interaction via the "Complaints" page within the app. Each complaint is logged with a reference number and date, and will be responded to within the timeframe stated in our complaint-handling policy.

Aqaraa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable Saudi laws, with notice to the user where reasonably possible.

The Platform is provided "as is." Aqaraa does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, while making reasonable efforts to maintain service quality and stability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Aqaraa may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after amendment constitutes implicit acceptance.
